pure stevia, nothing else added
½ cupoil
light in flavor like grapeseed or safflower oil
½ cupalmond milk
unsweetened, or regular milk, + extra if needed
3 Tbsphoney
2 Tbspcornstarch
or tapioca starch
2 Tbspwater
1 tsppure vanilla extract
1 lbfrozen strawberries
defrosted and chopped - has a higher water content than fresh berries
⅓ cupgreek yogurt
honey
to taste
lemon juice
to taste
water
optional for consistency
OR honey
omit the above glaze ingredients and just use, pictured above
