or sub with 16 ounces small curd cottage cheese, extra liquid strained

1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cupgrated parmesan cheese

⅛ teaspoonground nutmeg

1 x 12 ounceno-boil lasagna noodles
package, “oven ready”, you probably will not need the entire box, I use 10 noodles total
