I added another ingredient and plumped up my raisins with my choice of liquor.

Added pinch of allspice, soaked raisins in hot tap water to plump them up and not take moisture from the rest of the dough. 375 convection, 12 cookies per sheet, 2 Tbsp scoop. 5 mins, flip, 5 mins Rest 5 mins while next batch in. Made about 4 dozen.
