Creamy Lemon Chicken Piccata

It's very puckery...I would reduce the lemons to a half or only one lemon. I also added 2 oz. of cream cheese to it. Cuts some of the puckers and makes it more creamy. Gives it a better taste too.

Make more sauce and serve with pasta

Way too lemony. But I probably made it wrong…

I didn't use any chicken broth or heavy cream. I doubled the butter, added garlic, and used the pasta water for the sauce. I might add some cream next time or maybe not do 2 lemons. It was just a touch too lemony but still very good, my 4year old loved it.

Came out delicious, my husband and I are fans of lemon flavor and I used one and a half lemons for juice and I think it came out perfect. The sauce with the noodles is delicious, I seasoned my chicken with lemon pepper seasoning for that extra lemon kick

Whoa! This is good, but go easy on the lemons. The pasta was a tad too lemony so added grated parmesan cheese which blended well the the cream and gave it a more mellow taste. Chicken coating is good, don't mess with it when frying, just let it cook before flipping.

Loved it, but I used chicken thighs boneless, skinless chopped.
