Southern Cornbread Dressing

Used 2 boxes of Jiffy Honey cornbread mix. Added a few extra pieces of bread and extra onion and celery. Used dry spices instead of fresh and 4 cups of broth. Had to cook a while longer but turned out really good.

Very good. Make sure your bread is stale or use less stock. Start with 2 cups and go up from there. The dressing looked rather wet with 3.5 c of stock before baking, but the eggs helped bind it together. I used 4 eggs instead of 5. If you use honey cornbread mix, the end result will be slightly sweet.
