2cloves garlic
minced

250mlbeef stock
hot, water + 1 stock cub is fine

3 Tbsplight soy sauce

1 Tbspdark soy sauce

1 TbspChinese rice wine
you can swap for sherry if you like

2 tspsesame oil

3 Tbsplight brown sugar

⅛ tspwhite pepper

⅛ tspblack pepper

2 Tbspcornflour
cornstarch, mixed with 5 tbsp cold water to make a slurry

1 tspsesame seeds
