¼ cupcrumbled feta cheese
omit for vegan

¼ cupmarinated roasted red peppers
chopped

¼ cuptoasted pine nuts

¼ cupfresh mint
chopped, substitute fresh basil

1 pinchred pepper flakes

salt

black pepper
fresh cracked, to taste

¼ cupbasil oil
If you don't have basil oil you can add very finely minced fresh basil to olive oil

3 Tbsplemon juice
or regular lemon juice

1clove garlic
finely minced
