Create zoodles out of zucchini

Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, coconut oil, ginger, sriracha, and garlic in large bowl until smooth. Add zucchini noodles and bell pepper to bowl with dressing and toss to combine. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve
