to deep fry the chicken cubes

split in the middle

5 clovesgarlic
sliced fine

sliced thin

large, sliced fine

2 tablespoonshot sauce
any type of hot sauce would do

2 tablespoonstomato ketchup

2 tablespoonssoy sauce

1 tablespoonsugar

½ teaspoonred chilli powder
if you are worried about the spiciness of this dish you can omit it
