1 tspcumin powder
1 tspcoriander powder
1 tspgaram masala

1 tspGreen chili paste
10fresh Curry leaves

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl add the chicken with all the spices (decrease the chili if needed) and marinate at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Step 2
Start heating up the frying oil.
Step 3
Take out the marinated chicken, add corn flour, and rice flour and coat them well with the chicken. Take 2 tbsp of tempered frying oil and add it to the chicken. Adding hot oil to fried batter helps crisp up the fried chicken.
Step 4
Fry the chicken into the frying oil over medium to high flame for about 8 minutes until chicken is cooked through and crispy. Boneless chicken cooks faster so Don’t cook it for too long.
Step 5
For garnish, in a wok or a pan, add chopped garlic, green chili, curry leaves, fry them until they’re lightly caramelized, then add the fried chicken and mix them for a minute. Serve the chicken with some fresh coriander, and lime wedges.
