Instructions
Step 1
Freeze 3 cups of whole milk in a plastic milk bottle for at least 8 hours until perfectly frozen.
Step 2
Put the milk bottle upside down on top of a glass jar. Cover the connecting part with food wrap to repel bacteria.
Step 3
Allow the frozen milk to thaw in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours, until you collect about 1½ cup of distilled milk in the glass jar.
Step 4
You can top the leftover ice with honey and fruits and eat it as bingsoo.
Step 5
Add 1 cup of ice to a glass cup, fill with ¾ cup of distilled milk.
Step 6
Pour 2 espresso shots over the top.
Step 7
Serve immediately.
