Freezer Meal Lasagna Florentine

Honestly the instructions are not very helpful for a first-time lasagna maker. It’s in the oven so we’ll see how it turns out 🙈

The recipe is so easy. So few ingredients. So good!! Used reg lasagna noodles (or gf) and you don’t need to BOIL. Freezes beautifully. Side note: I used five cups of spinach instead of four ounces and it came out great. Great to bring to someone recovering from surgery or new parents.
