1 cupfrozen strawberries
or mixed berries, I use the frozen fruit form the grocery store I typically make 2 smoothie bowls and use 1/2 a bag of fruit for 2
1frozen banana
spinach
large
1 tspmatcha powder
0.25can of coconut milk
or almond milk + a little water as needed, I like my smoothie bowl fairly frozen so I use the least amount of liquid as possible
strawberries
fresh, sliced
banana
Fresh sliced
blueberries
hemp seeds
chia seeds
slivered almonds
unsweetened coconut flakes
