Italian Sausage White Bean Soup

I only had 2 cans of beans, and it was still good.

This was so good, and made so much. It kept well in the fridge and reheated well too. My only note is that next time I will use more carrots. Small diced potatoes would go well in it as well.

I read different recipies that add 2 T apple cider vinegar./Red wine vinegar. Try the soup before, then add and try again. Note what my preference is.
