I didn't have soy sauce so I used worcestershire sauce instead. I also added a little bit of salt at the end and more lime :)

We had unused marinade, which we put on the meat after we cut it up. Took it to the next level.

Use jalapeño instead of Chipotle, add fresh garlic, juice fresh fruits instead of juices
