Was really good. The chips maintained some of their crunch but not all. Next time I think we'll add some shredded lettuce when served to give it some freshness.

I used 4 cups of cheese, one was not enough. I also ran out of doritoes for the top layer, so I definitely recommend a bigger bag. I choose to use the spicy doritoes, I like a spicier taste. Last I used chicken thighs I cut up and cooked with chicken taco seasoning and it added so much flaver to the dish.

Used Blanco queso instead of Alfredo. Plus the chips on top half way through baking and used Fiesta shredded cheese on top. Whole family ate it! Next time going to try Carne asada

Was easy to make. Good flavor. The chips on the bottom of the casserole got a little soggy, so if I make this again I would probably only put chips on the top of the casserole.

Used salsa instead of the tomatoes, and threw it in with the chicken in a slow cooker. After I had it shredded I added a healthy amount of Taco seasoning, the Alfredo, and cheese. Have gotten the request for diced chicken next time, but delicious regardless.

I would leave out the canned tomatoes next time & maybe use something thicker/creamier than Alfredo sauce.
