choti elaichi

1star anise
chakri phool

¾ teaspoonshahi jeera
caraway seeds, substitute with cumin

1 strandmace
javitri, omit if you don't like

2 cupsbasmati rice
aged rice only

2 tablespoonghee

slit or chopped

¼ cupplain yogurt
indian curd

¼ teaspoonred chili powder

to stir in water
