Dude. These were fought over. I did have to roast at 450 instead of 400, as I prefer extra crispy potatoes, and I caramelized half a yellow onion to add to the honey glaze. Added a bit of cayenne to the potatoes for a little kick, too! 100% will be making again. The PERFECT combination of sweet, salty, and spicy.
