Leek, potato & bacon bake

Very nice. I reduced the stock to it, as others had said, and it turned out good

I halved the recipe but add 500ml of stock when you cook the leek and potatoe than 100ml when you go to bake it but do double cream also added cheese on top and bacon through the recipe

Too many leeks, too wet, pretty bland.

Really lush

Doesn’t serve too many people, 4 at most. But if you were to do it with chicken skewers/breast as well, you could stretch this out to 6 people.

Quite watery to be honest could of used less stock
