These vegan nuggets are made from tofu that has been frozen and pressed and therefore has an unreal meaty texture. While they obviously do not taste like chicken (it’s tofu, duh), they are delicious in their own right! They are also baked, not fried, so they are much healthier than traditional nuggets.
