sifted if lumpy, you could also use hershey's special dark cocoa powder

¼ teaspoonsalt

¾ cupunsalted butter
tablespoons, or for dairy-free, use refined coconut oil2 or another neutral oil - melted and cooled slightly

1 ½ cupsgranulated sugar
raw sugar, or coconut sugar

1 tablespoonvanilla extract

3eggs
large, out of shell ,, room temperature

¾ cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
Enjoy Life Semi-sweet Chocolate Chip for dairy-free, + an additional 1/4 cup grams, to sprinkle on top, if desired, I used mini chocolate chips on top
