Instructions
Step 1
Drain and rinse chickpeas a few times in a colander. If you want a smoother result, peel off the skins of the beans but this is not necessary.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients together into the bowl of your foid processor or high powdered blender except for the water/milk.
Step 3
Blend on high for 1 minutes and then scrape down the sides.
Step 4
Add in your water or milk a couple tablespoons at a time and blend until you reach your desired consistency.
Step 5
Serve with sliced fruit, pretzels, cookies, or enjoy by the spoonful!
