Ground Sirloin; 1/3 cup onions (chopped); 2 tablespoons McCormick Montreal steak seasoning; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 8 slices of sharp cheddar cheese; 4 Brioche burger buns; 4 teaspoons mustard; 1 15 oz can of Hormel Chili (NO BEANS!!); 4 tomato slices (think cut); 16 slices of pickles

Instructions

This chili cheese burger hits all of the flavor profiles that emerge from this combination. Starting with the brioche bun being buttery soft and indulgent to the ground sirloin seasoned with the McCormick Montreal seasoning. It is then topped with the contrasting taste of the sharp cheddar cheese that when melted gives you that amazing pull. We also give if a variety of textures with the Thick cut of tomato, chili, mustard and lastly pickles. Each bite is a " Wow why haven't i made this before" moment.
