Instructions
Step 1
Boil and mash potatoes. Put in egg, flour, salt, black pepper, paprika
Step 2
In separate bowl add beef, sliced onion in small cubes, salt, chili flakes
Step 3
Fry beef in a pan. Then fry on both sides till it browns the filled potatoes pancakes
Step 4
Put into baking tray and on program up and down heat bake on 180 about 10-15 minutes.
