This simple dish is a family favorite that goes great with a holiday ham or any occasion where you want a sweet treat for a side. It's one hot side that will be gone in no time. It's also great served as a dessert dish! Try it with vanilla ice cream. Yum!! The recipe makes a 9 x 13" baking dish size casserole, but can easily be halved into a 9 x 9 casserole dish. You can make it ahead of time, store it in the fridge and leave it out on the counter about 1 hour before baking.
