Creamy Pesto Chicken

Easy. Delicious. Will make it again. Didn't measure the pesto or the cream, just measured with my heart. Added a ladle of noodle water. I seasoned the chicken with Italian, garlic, onion, red pepper, salt and pepper when I was cooking it. Served with penne and a glass of white wine.

Fabulous! Subbed tofu for chicken and turned out amazing. Served over rice, but it would be awesome with penne as well. Definitely going in the routine!

Used cream cheese because I ran out of heavy cream this week. Also, I didn't have cherry tomatoes on hand, so i used sundried and added tomato paste to the sauce. Turned out good, but in sure it's better without my substitutions. Served with pasta.

Tossed in a package of gnocchi which gave a nice chewy pillowy texture and soaked up sauce nicely. Next time will add more basil as it kinda got lost. Good use for leftover pesto and cream tho, but cream cheese would probably do in a pinch. My tomatoes were over ripe so they cooked down a little too much, so will watch for that next time. Overall good enough to make again at some point (to use up ingredients going bad) but didn't blow us out of the water. Did make a lot with the gnocchi added tho

I added a bit of baby spinach for a pop of color. Used rustic sundried tomato pesto in the saucea d a pinch of spicy Italian herbs. Was amazing! Definitely a go to recipe going forward! Was too hungry to take photos first 😂

Very tasty, used cream cheese instead of cream. Would defo make it again.

It was so ridiculously delicious!! I cooked the tomatoes and little longer and at a higher heat because the ones I had were not as ripe as I would like. I also added some crushed red pepper and Italian spices. I then cooked down the sauce into a nice creamy delicious consistency then poured over some gigli pasta. It made more than enough to feed my husband and I for two days! If I were to make it again I would add fresh basil and crumbled feta to top it off.

this was super tasty, especially when paired with some parmesan potatoes!! lovely meal

Subbed 3:1 milk and butter for cream and served with pasta.

I made it with pasta and went ahead and cut up the chicken so it would be easy to eat. It was very simple and enjoyable

This was great! Not much to say except I used cherry tomatoes instead of grape tomatoes (the store was out of the latter) and didn’t cut them in half. The creamy pesto sauce was excellent on the chicken and I had plenty left over for lunch later this week.

I used half and half and some cherry tomatoes that I had dried in the oven. My whole family liked it!

Cook linguine noodles and coat them in the leftover sauce to make a delicious creamy pesto chicken pasta.
