Tuscan White Bean Pasta

It's really nice if you cant be bothered to chop vegetables as you literally throw things into the pan as you go along, Made 2 batches to use up all of the ingredients bought. Ran about 35 bucks for both batches at once

No cheese or butter Box of fresh basil Use vine tomatoes

Doubled the garlic. Used a huge bag of kale from tjs, added in batches to wilt. Used 8 oz spaghetti. More than a pint of tomatoes. Added some pasta water. More salt. Used parsley and basilncubes. Could double beans net time.

Added a bit of unsalted chicken broth to the beans prep to have more sauce

Used 5 garlic cloves Get smaller tomato next time

Very good recipe. Add pesto for more flavor!

Added heaps more garlic bc garlic. Added fresh Parm and mixed in. Had to bust a few maters as they didn't on their own .
