Instructions

Step 1
Add salt to boiling water then add the fusilli. Cook according to package instructions
Step 2
Wash and slice the cherry tomatoes in half then add them to a large bowl. Tear chunks of mozzarella and add them to the bowl.

Step 3
When the pasta is one minute away from being finished add in two cups of frozen peas cook one minute then use a spoon with holes to strain out the pasta and put it into the bowl. Add the pesto some water a little olive oil salt and pepper then mix to combine . The mozzarella should have melted slightly from the heat of the pasta and water of you don’t want it melted add the mozzarella in last
