Since you liked my pastina a lot a couple of weeks ago, today I want to share with you my super easy and super creamy tomato version! 😋
It literally takes 10 minutes to make and you only use one pot! 😍
If you cannot find pastina, you can simply use our orzo, in fact today I’m using it as well! 😉

Step 1
In a pot, add a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil, your chopped onion, and minced garlic. Sizzle for a couple of minutes.

Add your cherry tomatoes, season with a pinch of salt, cover with a lid and cook for five minutes.

Step 3
Add tomato paste, cover with boiling water and cook for about 10/12 minutes or for the time indicated on the pasta package.

Add your heavy cream, cook for a couple more minutes then turn the heat off.
