Step 1
Put some olive oil in a hot pan on medium heat and bash two cloves of garlic with a knife . Add to the oil ( careful not to burn ) then add red pepper flakes and 3/4 cup chopped parsley . Cook for two minutes

Step 2
Add 1 can sweet cherry tomatoes with a little water to rinse out the can and salt and pepper then cook that down
Step 3
Cook penne in salted boiling water until al dente then toss the pasta into the sauce with the Parmesan and a little pasta water and cook one more minute . Serve and garnish with some more parsley and Parmesan . Enjoy .
