This is from Canadian Living's Best Recipes Ever show. It is a great appetizer when you are looking for something a little different. I used the prerolled puff pastry for this, just unroll, and use the parchment to line your baking pan. It can be served warm or chilled.

Easter appetizer that was a total crowd pleaser! The Dijon mustard is a hidden flavor that you can't quite pick out, but adds a depth of flavor that pairs nicely with the gruyere/manchengo (made our own blend) and asparagus. We finished it with lots of fresh parmesan reggiano, Maldon flaked sea salt, and served with Pinot Gris. Will be on the regular rotation.
