Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Step 2
In a medium sized bowl, mix together yogurt, egg, garlic, basil and nutmeg.
Step 3
Add in ricotta cheese and mix until fully incorporated. Set aside.
Step 4
On a floured surface, place your puff pastry sheet and roll out until about the size of a standard cutting board (12x18 in).
Step 5
Transfer dough to a lined cookie sheet.
Step 6
Using a fork, score all 4 edges of the pastry about 1 inch apart (this will prevent the pastry from puffing too much on the edges).
Step 7
Spread the cheese mixture evenly onto the sheet. Leave a 2 inch boarder around all edges.
Step 8
Place your asparagus onto the cheese mixture in a single line. You can alternate the tips to face towards you and away from you or have them all face one direction if desired.
Step 9
Lightly brush the asparagus with oil. Sprinkle on salt and the parmesan cheese.
Step 10
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the edges are a golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
