Orecchiette with Pancetta, Pumpkin, and Broccoli Rabe

was honestly skeptical, but this was absolutely delicious! subbed in regular broccoli for the broccolini, chardonnay-apple chicken sausage from Trader Joe's instead of pancetta, and swapped in mini-shell chickpea pasta and regular pumpkin. omitted the cheese and seeds. mixed in soffrito seasoning at the end that really just made all the flavors pop. this definitely going to be a go-to recipe. just make sure to read the directions fully before starting to make sure you save your broccoli / pasta water because you will need it.
