1egg
½ cupgreen onion
minced
4cloves garlic
minced
1 ½ Tbspginger
grated
1 Tbspsoy sauce
1 Tbspred curry sauce

Step 1
Spray your air fryer basket with a little cooking spray and preheat to 400 degrees.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients mixing to combine.
Step 3
Scoop out 3 tbsp sized balls.
Step 4
Add the meatballs to the air fryer and cook for 10-15 minutes flipping halfway.
Step 5
Serve with zoodles dressed in red curry sauce and enjoy!
