Creamy Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup

A excellent soup, this was superb on its own with just some fresh sourdough. Hearty without being heavy, and with just a hint of lemon, it was enjoyed by all. My only caveat is to watch after adding the milk, since it reheated fast and almost curdled it! It’s quick to cook, but prep takes some time. Total time was probably closer to an hour.

I also added 1/2tsp crushed rosemary and 1/2tsp rubbed sage. Delicious!
