Creamy Garlic Pasta

It tasted quite nice I'll do it felt something was missing. I also think I got the measurements wrong as it was to dry so next time a bit more chicken broth perhaps. I will try again see if I can make it more moist and less bland. Try better seasoning

I make twice a week, it's very good.

Added sautéed chicken thigh pieces and mushrooms. Very good!!

Really great dish, can be modified in a multitude of ways with adding protein, adding some spice (I'm thinking red pepper flakes) and can also remain vegetarian, if you are okay with dairy and switch the chicken broth with vegetable broth.
