Season a little more as you go

I doubled the recipe, but only used half the amount of tomato paste per preference. I used Beef "Better than Bouillion" in place of broth. I didn't add any additional salt or pepper as I didn't feel it needed it. It was tasty.

Used tomatoes sauce, I had no paste. I had no Italian seasoning so I added various different similar herbs. Added 1/4 cup dry white wine

Added 1/2 cup red wine, 2 additional cups of beef broth, mushrooms, subbed thyme for Italian seasoning, and served over egg noodles.

This was so good! And very easy to make 😋. I didn't need to add flour to make it thicker, I just boiled it without a lid.
