Step 1
Add all the ingredients and half the amount of basil. Use heavy cream instead of milk for a richer soup or coconut milk, oatmilk for a vegan/dairy free version.
Step 2
Set your pot for 12 minutes on the veggies mode.
Step 3
Once they are cooked, add the remaining fresh basil the purée all the ingredients with an immersion blender until you have a creamy soup consistency.
Step 4
If the soup is too thick, you can add some more warmed milk or heavy cream and mix till you get a perfect consistency.
