Step 1
Whisk the eggs together with salt, pepper and Italian herbs. Fry the eggs in the frying pan.
Step 2
Ones the eggs are almost done, place the tortilla wrap on top. Fry it for 2 more minutes.
Step 3
Turn the egg, and fry the tortilla wrap for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Place the tortilla on a plate. Fill it with the turkey, mozzarella, tomato and avocado.
Step 5
Close the tortilla like a burrito and fry it again for a few minutes in the pan.
