Instructions

Step 1
Slice the bread in half then dice the peppers and slice the scallion and set aside .

Step 2
In a bowl Beat the eggs then add salt, white pepper , red pepper flakes , sesame oil , diced peppers, scallions and sriracha sauce and mix all together

Step 3
Add 1 tbsp of the butter to a frying pan then add the egg mixture and dip the bread in then flip the bread over . Let this cook about 2-3 minutes on medium heat then flip over and fold in all the egg over the bread
Step 4
Melt another tbsp of butter in the pan then put turkey cheese and tomato with a pinch of salt and pepper on the bread then fold over and let cook another minute
