Step 1
Brew your espresso and mix in 1 tsp of cocoa powder.
Step 2
Cream together the cream cheese, yogurt, sweetener and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside.
Assemble

Cut Weetabix's in half and drop them in the coffee. Let them soak until all the liquid has been absorbed and you're left with a thick mixture.
Step 4
Layer the tiramisu by alternative Weetabix and the cream cheese mix until there is two layers of both.
Chill and serve
Step 5
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 6
Top with 1-2 tsp of cocoa powder and serve immediately.
