Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken

Quick and easy but a little bit salty.

Tasty! The chicken came out well and the flavors were nice and simple. I ended up making a nice little serving of spicy rice to go with it. Will definitely make it again.

It was ok

I chose to airfry the chicken breasts, while the bacon crackled in the oven till crispy. Then finished off the chicken in the oven with the mozzarella and bacon bits. In a word, yummy. It was so good. The chicken was juicy and tender and very flavourful. Paired with crunchy steamed veg, it made for a very satisfying meal. Oh, I made linguine and a creamy white garlic sauce for the crowd. Went down well. 😋

Delicious! Will make again. I would probably add more ranch seasoning next time. It was so easy and minimal dishes.

This is a flavor explosion, a euphoria for the taste buds. The only downside was the bacon. It added to the flavor, but my old man and I don't have the teeth to chew the crispy bacon. Other than that, this is one of my top favorite meals I've found and tried on here. If you haven't tried it, I recommend dropping everything, running to the store for the ingredients, and making it right away. You don't know what you are missing.

Replace season with Cajun seasoning

DIRECTIONS In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon, flipping once, until crispy, about 8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate. Drain all but 2 tablespoons of bacon fat from the skillet. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Return skillet to medium-high heat, add chicken and cook until golden and just cooked through, about 6 minutes per side.  Reduce heat to medium and sprinkle chicken with ranch seasoning and top with mozzarella. Cover the skillet and cook, until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5 minutes.  Crumble and sprinkle bacon and chives on top before serving.
