Instructions
Step 1
Follow the puff pastry instructions for thawing.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 3
On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, add the honey in 1 tbsp dollops evening spread out over the parchment paper. Add the cranberry sauce on top of each honey dollop.
Step 4
Score one side of the mini brie and place score side down on top of the honey and cranberry.
Step 5
Cut the puff pasty into 4 equal sized circles. Make sure the circles are larger than the mini brie.
Step 6
Place the puff pastry over the brie hugging it around the edges.
Step 7
Use a fork to press down the edges of the puff pastry around the brie.
Step 8
Beat the egg with the water and brush the egg wash over the puff pastry.
Step 9
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Step 10
Top with a drizzle of honey and rosemary.
