Instructions

Step 1
Chopped fennel, onions and mince garlic. In large pot heat olive oil to medium high heat and add fennel onions and garlic. Cook for 1 minute and add tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth, bay leaf and salt. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 2
The add clams, mussels, shrimp, cubed Mahi Mahi and scallops.
Step 3
Simmer for another 5-7 minutes and top with parsley.
Step 4
Serve with toasted bread.
