Five Cheese Tortellini soup This soup is so delicious and hearty my kids love it. Soups are a great way to get your kids to eat more vegetables you can add any veggies you want or have in the house and it tastes amazing. Written recipe and measurements are on the link in my bio!! Enjoy!!

Instructions

Step 1
1. Put a pot on the stove add the olive oil and butter once the butter melts add in the onion, celery, carrots, garlic and let that cook for about five minutes
Step 2
2. Then add in the zucchini, tomatoes, the beans, crushed tomatoes, water Rinse the crushed tomatoes can with, then add in the seasonings the chicken broth and give it a good mix cover and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Step 3
3. After about 15 minutes uncover add in the tortellini give it a good mix again, cover again and cook for five minutes until the tortellini is cooked they will float to the top
Step 4
4. Lastly mix in the spinach and enjoy some delicious tortellini soup.
