Was easy to make for the most part ( cutting a pocket in the chicken was the hardest part). My boyfriend absolutely loved it!!

This turned out delicious! It was a good substitute for lasagna when craving some Italian food. I pounded the chicken before filling it and it was so tender. The chicken itself could use more seasoning than salt and pepper.

Makes leftovers

Only had 3 chicken breast but still made full recipe and just added a layer of the filling on top of each then topped them all with sauce. DELICIOUS and super easy.
