Ingredients
6 servings
2 cupsbroccoli florets
1 cupcherry tomatoes
1 cupspinach
2chicken breasts
1 tsponion powder
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspitalian seasoning
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
⅓ cupsun-dried tomatoes
optional
3garlic cloves
minced
1 cuphalf & half
or you can use heavy cream
¼ cupgrated parmesan cheese
½ cupshredded mozzarella
Avocado spray
or olive oil spray
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 400F.
Step 2
2. Add the broccoli, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and chicken breast to your casserole dish.
Step 3
3. Spray everything with oil so the seasonings stick!
Step 4
4. Season with your onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt & pepper!
Step 5
5. Add your sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, and half & half!
Step 6
6. Top with freshly grated parm & shreds mozzarella cheese and bake at 400F for about 20-30 minutes or until your chicken is fully cooked
