drained and rinsed, I used no-salt added

1 x 10 ouncecan Rotel tomatoes with green chiles
or similar, I used Original flavor

16 ouncessalsa
divided, I used chunky, medium heat

1 poundflour tortilla shells
soft tortillas, 7-inches in diameter each

1 cupshredded mexican cheese blend

fresh cilantro
finely minced for garnishing
