Instructions

Step 1
Slice Brussels sprouts in half and place them in a medium bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar.
Step 2
Place in the air fryer at 375F (190C) for 13 minutes. Then add the walnuts and cranberries andcook for 1 more minute.
Step 3
Serve immediately or allow to cool and serve chilled with my Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette.
