I used boneless skinless chicken breasts (2). I made the homemade chicken seasoning in the recipe, but I only used 1 Tbsp dry mustard, and I used 2 Tbsp garlic powder. They came out really good. It was very juicy. It was a little spicy, but my old man stubbed his toe when he was seasoning the chicken, so that's on him. Bake chicken breasts at 425 for only 20 minutes. That got it past 165 degrees.
